Highlights: Round 23 of Mosport
The race at Mosport started with the #38 Pedigree of Chris Louviere and the #5 DuPont of Jordan Davis on the front row. Charlie Smith also made his last race of the season of right now. Early in the race there was a huge battle for the top spot between Jordan Davis, DJ Kurtis, Charlie Smith, Luke Martin, and Chris Louviere. But DJ Kurtis ended up leading the first race of round 23. 2 laps into the race the first caution was brought out by Ashley Mace turning down into Charles Jackson wrecking them both and ending both days. But, Jordan Fisher also ended his day when he blew his engine on the same lap seconds after the caution flag waved.
Once the pace car went back into the pits Jordan Davis went straight back to the lead and to his dominating ways of Mosport. But he still had to watch his back for Luke Martin, and DJ Kurtis who were right behind him. Caution was brought out on lap 6 when Zachary Fitzwater and Chris Louviere accidentally drove each other off the course nearly missing a ambulance. But that wasn't all, Andreas Allen turned Skye Commons into the inside wall. He ricocheted off the wall into legend Richerd Johnson, Johnson hit Dillon Young as well along with one of the Finguy-Psytomi cars. To follow up with the Mosport bad luck James Silverfox ended up with mechanical issues and his day ended there.
Right after that second restart Cooper Syron was right on the bumper of Coorweiser owner Luke Martin when Jordan Davis accidentally clipped him. Syron looked like he was gonna save it but he was to wide and violently scraped the safer barriers ending his day. While racing to the yellow flag Nick Pericles got a huge run on his former boss. It was him and Charles Sandfer vs. Luke Martin and Jordan Davis. In the end of the day Pericles had the better car out of the two at that time but Luke Martin tried to cut in front of Davis and wrecked both himself and Pericles. There was also a big pile-up on turn one involving tons of drivers, the most notable being Steven Jenkins, Michael White who flipped, Jake Baskinger, and Cody Llamas.
Leading the field to the next green flag was Charles Sandfer. But DJ Kurtis and Jordan Davis took the lead away from him almost instantaneously. It was a huge battle for the lead but Jeff James and DJ Kurtis started pulling away inch by inch. Caution flag flew again and Charlie Smith couldn't catch him. They wouldn't have enough time for another green flag so the winner was declared. The caution was caused by Maalik Nevins running Ryan Acosta off the track. One hit the ambulance and the other nearly missed it. Jeffery Lynn also broke down in his car.
The winner of the race was the Canadian himself, Jeff James in the #88 Budweiser Ford for Coorweiser Racing. The other Canadian Rick Shultz placed 11th almost getting Monster Energy Racing their first double top ten. The rest of the top 5 were as the following: Charlie Smith, Charles Sandfew, DJ Kurtis, and Vincent Allen.
===After Race===
After the race tempers flared between Luke Martin and Nick Pericles. They started arguing until Luke Martin realised his mistake and apologized to Pericles. Rick Shultz also intervened a little bit but that was it. Congratulations to Jeff James for getting his 5th career win!

Jordan Fisher not happy with Jessie Turner after round 23. Will not be so easy on the 17 for the rest of the season. Fisher cannot afford anymore mistakes for the rest of the season and will be a little bit more aggressive. Nevins on the other hand is more focused on the 2016 season since nothing has been happening for him this season.
